Spaces Limited Organizing
Testimonials
Kelly Pratt was a delight to work with! She was fun, upbeat, and great including the whole family. Amazingly my kitchen is staying clean with seven kids!
Thanks for the help.

When I started my new job, I had to sort through not only my own historical chaos, but my predecessor’s mess as well. When it seemed like the only option was a bulldozer, Kelly are Marla entered the scene with the Clear and Simple techniques which made it possible for me to get organized enough to understand and define my new role more clearly. They both worked side by side with me through the massive sorting and tossing procedure, and Kelly stayed on and meticulously set up my new files and organizational systems to keep me on track. Even when I thought we were “done”, she followed up with refinements to help prevent me from falling back into my old ways.
Being organized is not my natural forte, but Kelly showed my many ways to think about and start making order easy and sustainable. Getting my office space and work flows organized not only enhanced my own clarity and focus, but gave others who came into my office the feeling that I was on top of my work and present with them, not distracted by the piles of homeless documents which previously surrounded me.
Getting organized at work helped me clear space in my life for creativity, introspection, visioning, planning and time to spend with the people I care most about. I am forever grateful to Kelly and her never-ending patience with my complicated project. I would recommend Kelly as a consultant to any and allof my closest organizationally dysfunctional friends or family members. She brought order where there was chaos, and gave me hope that I could set up and maintain a system that could work for me and my working style.

It gives me great pleasure to list my name among those that Kelly Pratt has touched and taught in a very profound way.
Let me say that I think I am like most people; I have a hard time visualizing organization. Some call that a failure to think in a linear way; to get to level C you have to go past level A and level B. I had that spare room in the corner of our home; you know the one that collects the stuff that doesn’t have anywhere else to go. That room collected everything from laundry to gifts; from empty boxes to unread magazines; from wrapping paper to scrapbooking items. It’s kind of like your purse… everything ends up in the bottom and to find what you want you have to go digging. I was tired of digging.
It was almost by chance that I was talking to Kelly about how much I love scrapbooking, but, by its very nature there a lots of little things that are collected before they can be assembled in its’ final form. I told her how frustrating it can become when you can’t put your finger on something you know you have but can’t find. So, I’d end up going to the store and buying another what ever it was I needed just out of frustration. Kelly said, “Ya know, I can help you with that if you want me to.”
That began a wonderful experience. She came to my home and I showed her my “catch-all room.” She asked a long list of questions about my priorities and my personality. She assessed my needs and my goals and came back with a plan for that room I could have never envisioned on my own.
Then, over the next several weeks, Kelly worked along side me to help me understand the process of organization and how to prioritize all the stuff that goes into something as simple, and complex, as scrapbooking. Now I have a place for my paper, by size and color; I have a place for my stamps and punches. I can now find my stickers and embellishments. I have become so much more productive with Kelly’s help. I no longer have to “dig.”
I would highly recommend Kelly Pratt to anyone who wants to make their lives more productive and full. She has helped me unlock my creative powers by taking away the frustrations that seemed to handicap my progress.
Good luck and I hope you find Kelly as valuable as I did.
Sincerely,
Karen Standing, M.Ed.
